Our Story.

It started with a kid, a cat, and a cardboard box.

Four years ago, my son and I had an idea — build something for cats and the people who get them. We were eight-year-old energy meets dad-with-a-notebook. Life did what life does, and the project sat on a shelf for a while.

But the idea never really left the box.

Cat-in-a-Box is what it became. Minimalist line art on soft tees — designed for the kind of people who understand why a cat will always choose the box over the thing that came in it.

Here's what we've noticed about cats: they don't care where you're from, what you believe, or what you argue about online. They just show up, sit in your lap, and make the room a little quieter. In a world that keeps finding new ways to divide itself, cats keep doing what they've always done — bringing people together without trying.

That's the whole idea. Simple shirts. A shared love of cats. A quiet reminder that we have more in common than we think.
